We were given the task to take a dated flat and transform it into a spacious three bedroom apartment.

Overlooking the iconic greenery of Hyde Park, this large apartment renovation completely redefined the internal layout to create a bright, open, and luxurious living environment in the heart of Central London.

The project involved stripping the property back to its shell and removing existing internal walls to fully reconfigure the floor plan. By opening up the space and introducing wide, elegant corridors, we improved both circulation and natural light flow throughout the apartment.

The redesigned layout now accommodates three generous double bedrooms, each complete with its own en suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort throughout. Every bathroom was finished with contemporary fittings, high-quality tiling, and a refined material palette to create calm, hotel-inspired spaces.

At the heart of the home sits a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area designed for both entertaining and everyday living. Expansive glazing frames uninterrupted views across Hyde Park, bringing natural light deep into the living space and creating a constant connection to the landscape beyond.

This exceptional residence combines spacious proportions with modern design, all within walking distance of the vibrant energy of Central London. The result is a sophisticated city home that balances openness, elegance, and one of London’s most prestigious outlooks.

Harmonious Design

As with every project we were quite enthusiastic, we explored on concept to promote its current potential. We placed the through lounge and kitchen where the abundance of greenery and natural light came pouring in from the park opposite, the perfect backdrop for a social or private gathering.

The preservation of Space and Character

From initial planning and Design we were avble to keep a consideration for space. Part of the brief was to expand on more living space but keeping it clean. With a blend of traditional features and bold colour scheme we were able to promote a courageous atmosphere.

Traditional Features in a Heritage enviroment

Architectural features and heritage design was factored to keep the interior in relation to its historic surroundings. Through our netowork of fabricators suppliers we were able to supply a handmade kitchen with marble worktop that spoke of tradition and value. A blend of modern and classic decor that will keep this lovely three bedroom apartment in timeless fashion for years to come.

Conclusion

We were able to execute this project through controlled management of tradesmen and fabricators, whilst liasing with block managers and aquiring licence to alter permissions for our customers. We identified a proactive scope of works and kept a streamline schedule to concluded a project timing of 12 weeks amongst an bussling metropolis enviroment Both our clients and ourselves stand back with great satisfaction.
