This spacious first floor apartment was in need of some care however what we managed to achieve exceeded client expetation.

With marble finished floors and underfloor heating, these were some of the finishes we were able to provide in order to capture a contemporary style and remain close to a herritage design.

The joinery package consisted of panelled doorways with crown top and multistep architrave and high level skirtings, the ornate walnut floor created a match made contrast against the off white walls and elegant coving.

The kitchen was finished with a bespoke hand made kitchen that also also promotes an enthusiasm for craftsmanship.

The bathroom was finished in marble tiles with a wet room floor where we also integrated an underfloor heating system thoughout.

Every corner you look has its own subtle elegance, It is fullfilling for us to look back on this project from time to time.
